Meet Stacey,
Your guide to understanding your body


Stacey Johnson, RMT, has been delivering results-driven therapeutic care for 18+ years. She specializes in injury rehabilitation, performance optimization, and recovery management.
Her athletic foundation in dance, cheerleading, baseball, soccer, and volleyball gives her firsthand insight into biomechanics, movement efficiency, and sport-specific demands.
Stacey has treated professional athletes from the NBA, CFL, Toronto FC (TFC), UFC, and IFBB bodybuilding, providing elite-level care tailored to high-performance individuals.




You can truly see the passion and knowledge behind what she does. This isn’t just about performance—it’s about helping kids and young athletes feel stronger, more prepared, and more in tune with their bodies.
